When I called David Garber with a request to quote on replacing my gutters, he was on the peak of a roof. Immediately I recognized that he, as owner of Custom Gutter Solutions, is involved in also doing the work. Experience has told me that can be a good indicator of one whom takes great pride in his service. I was not wrong. David came to our home and I explained all the problems we had with our existing vinyl leaking gutters, plus the need to clean them at least three times a year. I am now too old to continue climbing ladders, performing the most hated job in my life.
